• let the discussions be as much fluent as possible - the forum is in its best shape when mods do not need to do anything
• react only in the most severe cases when the discussions are really bad and it seems that the flame war will not stop by itself.
• React without any emotions!
• simply explain the reasons of their actions but must not discuss about it further for too long - such discussions might be really endless

• any personal favors but only on the content written in the forum. mind

There are times when one user's post may be viewed by other users as hurtful even though that post is intended as a joke, we would like to ask all users to be more tolerant and take this form of posts less seriously to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the forum.

• You may not edit or delete a post if the post have received replies by other members.
• You can ask a moderator to edit or delete a post after the innitial 24 hour period only if the above condition is observed.
• All edited posts should contain an explanation regarding the editing of the post.
• We encourage members to add extra information to their posts and will help them to do so.

• Members can ask a moderator to edit a thread title beyond the 24 hr time frame if the above condition is met.

Members can add a poll to their thread any time.

To edit or delete your posts which hasn't received any replies, click the button by the post you want to edit. If your post was the first in the thread, then deleting the post may result in the removal of the entire thread.

After you have made your modifications, a note may appear, which notifies other users that you have edited your post. Administrators and moderators may also edit your messages but this note may not appear when they do so.

• he/she is the originator of the email in question or
• he/she has the consent of both the originator of the email in question and the intended recipient of that private email.

The expressed consent must be posted along with the email post. 

If there is a complaint by either the originator of the email or the recipient, the post in question may be modified or deleted by the Moderator(s).
Copies of private emails which are posted to Onirbaan Adda without permission (as described above) may also be deleted. Deletion of such posts are at the sole discretion of the Onirbaan Adda Moderator(s).
